We Promote world peace and friendly relations in all spheres of human endeavours. We promote trade exchange between all countries of the world and our technical and research department initiates youths mentoring and empowerments programmes. We work to bring United Nations activities and programmes nearer to the grassroots of our region. We are involved in Information Technology training in companies and communities who invite our IT Officers to help them train their workers. Each year when the United Nations meeting calendar is published we select and send our Representatives to attend the meetings that are appropriate to us as an NGO in Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC). The general public is not always aware of the United Nations working system, In that regards we periodically orgamize meetings, seminars and workshops to sensitize and teach communities about the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030. Topics like human trafficking and child labour, eradication of extreme poverty in our societies, climate change, modern slavery, among others are discussed in these meetings. Our NGO puts emphasis on development youths and building of their capacity that is why we often organize events which bring youths together to demonstrate their God given talents. We equally facilitate exchange of experiences and ideas with other NGOs in our region on topical issues of substance, We identify and promote sustainable development ventures with our partners. We encourage and facilitate the establishments of professional, cultural and sporting contacts between promoters. We confer, consult and maintain contact and cooperation with any person, institutions or bodies of persons established anywhere in the world.

Our Story
The NIGERIA)-TOGO ASSOCIATION was founded in Lagos in 1991 under the initiative of Mr. KASSEGNE Kwassi Boniface, a Togolese Technocrat and Diplomat living in Nigeria and he invited well meaning Nigerians and Togolese resident in Nigeria to join. The initial objective was to help Togolese who were running to Nigeria for shelter and protection as a result of the political crisis taking place in Togo during the period. Distinguished Personalities like Barristers Femi Falana (SAN), Jity Ogunye, Beko Ranson Kuti of blessed memories contributed significantly to with the creation of the Association. The Association was registered with the Companies and Allied Matters (CAC) Decree 190, Abuja. on the 30th of October 1995 with Rc. No. 8850 by the recommendation of the Turaki of Adamawa, Ahaji Atiku Abubakar who was then the Vice-President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Since then the Association has been working to execute its projects and programmes. We participated significantly in the National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP) of Obasanjo/Atiku Administration by training a lot of Nigerian youths in Information Technology and Learning a trade programmes we exclusively set up for NAPEP. In 2008 the Association wasof granted a position of SPECIAL CONSULTATIVE STATUS by the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations in recognition of our Organization's involvement in the United Nations activities and programmes. We are also in the recue of boys and girls who fall victims of human trafficking either to Nigeria or to other West and Central Africa countries. We discovered that vulnerable youths and even adults are deceived by unscrupulous elements in the society who go around promising young ones better jobs and better lifestyle abroad. We some time go at length to apprehend these bad elements with the help of the Nigerian Police. We confirm that this human trafficking phenomenon is still rampant not only on the African Continent but also everywhere in the world. We hereby use this our medium to appeal to the general public to inform our Organization of any suspicious behaviours of trafficking in persons and our Organization will step-in immediately and the matteAdd a photo, gallery, or video for even more engagement.
